- •All payments for vehicles or services must be completed within the stated timelines.
- •Deposits are refundable upon request if no purchases or penalties are outstanding.
3. Bidding Rules
- •All bids are binding. Once you win, you are obligated to complete the purchase.
- •Failure to pay may result in penalties, forfeiture of deposit, or suspension.
4. Vehicle Listings & Sales
Vehicles are listed by sellers or verified partners. Yoomoto is a platform provider, not the direct seller. We make reasonable efforts to vet listings but cannot guarantee accuracy. Buyers must perform due diligence.
5. Refunds
Deposits are refundable under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are processed by admin through the chosen payment provider (e.g., Paystack/Hubtel/Flutterwave).
6. Prohibited Use
Users must not commit fraud, manipulate auctions, misrepresent information, or attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform.
7. Liability
Yoomoto provides a platform for buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for vehicle condition, ownership disputes, hidden defects, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Yoomoto may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Yoomoto, we aim to provide transparency and fairness in all transactions.
1. Deposits
- •All deposits are refundable if you do not win or purchase a vehicle.
- •Deposits may be withheld if you win a bid and fail to complete the purchase.

2. Vehicle Purchases
